Inspired by the periodical table of the elements, the simple appeal of alphabet characters, and rare textures and exotic colors, this series by Joshua Martens was created for the design-conscious.

CUSTOMIZATION

Can I customize my artwork?
Yes. Artwork can be customized for an additional cost. You have the option of changing the word and color. A word change is $10 per piece ordered. When changing the color you have two options. 1.) Select an existing color combination from another alphabet letter. Cost: $15 per piece ordered. 2.) Create your own color combination. We recommend using two colors, but will allow up to three. Cost: $20 per piece ordered.

How does it work?
Once you've added the item to your cart, go to the Customization category (click here) and click the pertinent add to cart buttons. Please leave your color and word requests in the "comments" section when checking out. Please be as clear as possible. If we have questions we'll contact you. Once we've made your custom art we'll email you a picture of the art for your approval.

PRINT PROCESS

Our artwork is printed using a giclée printing method. A giclée is an individually produced, high-resolution, high-fidelity reproduction done on a special large format printer. Giclées are generated from high resolution digital scans of existing artwork and printed with archival quality inks onto various substrates including canvas, fine art and photo-base paper. Since much of our artwork is painted digitally, there is not an "original" that exists. Giclées solve that problem. Each printed edition is a first generation rendering.

THE QUALITY

The quality of the giclée print rivals traditional silver-halide and gelatin printing processes. They are also superior to traditional lithography in nearly every way. The colors are brighter, last longer, and are so high-resolution that they are virtually 'continuous tone', rather than tiny dots. The range, or "gamut", of color for giclées is far beyond that of lithography, and details are crisper. Giclées are commonly found in museums, art galleries, and photographic galleries. Numerous examples of giclée prints can be found in New York City at the Metropolitan Museum, the Museum of Modern Art, and the Chelsea Galleries.

Print on Paper
A great option if you want to frame or mount the artwork yourself. Printed on premium-quality acid-free archival cotton paper (similar to watercolor paper) using pigment based archival inks.

Giclée on gallery-wrapped canvas with a coating to help protect the canvas from moisture, humidity, abraisons, fingerprints, and more. The canvas is stretched around a 1.5" wooden frame and comes ready to hang.
