We will be happy to make an exchange or give you store credit for any purchase that you are not satisfied with, within 14 days of the ship date. There is a 35% restocking fee of merchandise returned after the 14 days. The item(s) must be returned in perfect condition bearing the tags and/or any special protective packaging materials. Please ship back securely packed, insured and with a request for signature for your own protection. There is a $7 shipping fee for exchanges.
There are no refunds, exchanges or store credit for custom orders.
DripStick cannot refund shipping costs on items returned.
